The location was perfect, with easy access to the main bus station and beautiful coastal views. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The on-site restaurant offered a delicious breakfast with a great selection of food. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities, including the outdoor swimming pool and sauna. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

Highly recommend this hotel for everyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I only stayed in this hotel because the Sofitel was reserved for a business conference. It was fine for one night but not really the style or comfort level I would normally go for. It was reasonably priced for what you get and the staff was very friendly.

Conveniently located hotel on the island with reasonable prices.

While there were some minor issues, such as small portions of moldy caulk in the bathroom and some flying ants coming in through a window, these did not significantly impact our overall experience.

Shower and bathroom is so poor, it didn´t work anytime. There isn´t hot water, discharge sanitary was boken, and nobody change our room.

We chose this hotel because it was easy to walk downtown and it had a good location in that hot weather. We enjoyed the new bridge of the city and the exhibition nearby. the service and breakfast were alright, but the room and bathroom seemed outdated and not very clean. Fortunately, the view compensated for the lack of room advantages.

The elevator was slow and outdated, sometimes taking too long to arrive.

Spent Easter break at this hotel and really loved it! the rooms were super clean and well-maintained. the location was great - close to all the popular destinations and attractions. Plus, the staff were friendly and helpful in assisting with any questions or concerns that we had.

The downside was that it was difficult to communicate as most of the staff could only speak Portuguese. It would be helpful if the hotel offered some basic English classes for their employees.

I had a great stay in this hotel. It's conveniently located near the city market and main avenue, made transportation very easy. The hotel facilities were clean, well-maintained, and the parking was not expensive. The breakfast had a great selection of food and the staff was very gentle, especially the waiter who served me.

The hotel had a nice pool and a good breakfast. It was also conveniently located near some shops and restaurants. I appreciated the friendly staff and the free parking onsite.

The room was not very clean and had a musty smell. The wallpaper was peeling and the furniture was outdated.
